We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role is well-suited for someone who excels at bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. Responsibilities
- Facilitate detailed requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders, including end users, product managers, and client representatives
- Identify and address gaps or inconsistencies in existing requirements to improve solution completeness and accuracy
- Monitor and ensure compliance with defined SLOs and SLAs, responding promptly to issues and bugs
- Partner with client managers to prioritize backlog items and manage task execution effectively
- Develop and validate SQL queries to support data-driven decision-making and reporting accuracy
- Coordinate regular communication and status updates with remote technical leads, architects, and third-party vendors
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of reporting dashboards based on evolving customer requirements
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks with strong time management and organizational skills within an Agile framework
- Navigate complex stakeholder interactions to maintain project momentum and consensus
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficient in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements
- Skilled in managing and reconciling conflicting stakeholder demands while maintaining alignment with service level objectives and agreements
- Competent in basic SQL scripting for data validation and quality assurance of reporting outputs
- Experienced in collaborating with geographically distributed technical leads and architects to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
- Adept at designing and refining reporting dashboards that translate customer needs into actionable insights
- Upper-Intermediate English language competency (B2)
