We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive clear, high-quality requirements and coordination across business and technical stakeholders in a cross-functional software delivery environment. You will support planning, tracking, and UAT to ensure requirements flow through design, development, testing, and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements
- Define success criteria and acceptance criteria for initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements for technical teams
- Coordinate communication across business, product, and technical stakeholders
- Track delivery progress, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Plan and facilitate UAT sessions, scenarios, and business sign-off
- Maintain requirements traceability and validate coverage across design, development, testing, and deployment
- Create process documentation and user-facing guides for new functionality
- Support post-deployment validation and capture lessons learned
- Use LLM-based tools to analyze documentation, extract insights, and accelerate requirements and documentation work
Requirements
- 3+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects
- Proven stakeholder management experience across business, product, and technical groups
- Strong requirements lifecycle management skills from discovery through deployment
- Hands-on data analysis skills to support insights, KPIs, and decision-making
- Strong knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation
- Excellent documentation skills for requirements, workflows, and user guides
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to align expectations and facilitate collaboration
- English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate
Nice to have
- Business analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA)
- Project management certification (PMP, CSM)
- Experience with system integration or modernization projects
- Experience on complex enterprise software products
- Exposure to regulated environments with strict compliance requirements
