We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business and engineering teams by clarifying requirements, coordinating delivery, and improving outcomes across complex engineering initiatives. You will partner closely with program and team leads in a fast-changing, client-facing environment. Apply to help drive clear execution and timely delivery!
Responsibilities
- Support the Technical Program Manager in planning, tracking, and delivering engineering projects
- Monitor delivery progress across engineering, business analysis, and testing teams and manage dependencies
- Prepare project status updates, risk logs, and stakeholder reports
- Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering and UX teams
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows to align on goals and scope
- Facilitate alignment between business and engineering teams on priorities and expectations
- Validate requirements with stakeholders and resolve ambiguities quickly
- Identify and escalate risks tied to incomplete requirements, dependencies, or shifting priorities
- Remove blockers by proactively clarifying unclear or missing information before it impacts delivery
- Support iterative delivery practices, including regular demos and incremental releases
- Coordinate effectively with distributed teams across PST, CET, and IST time zones
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a hybrid Business Analyst and project coordination role
- Proven stakeholder management skills in a client-facing environment
- Hands-on experience with Agile-like and waterfall delivery approaches
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Solid process mapping and workflow analysis skills to identify gaps and dependencies
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Aha!
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
- Strong communication skills across business and engineering audiences
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
Nice to have
- Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or Agile certification)
- Experience supporting an Agile transformation in an organization
- Familiarity with supply chain or logistics domain
