We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and assist with the People Repository project.
In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner and one Business Analyst to ensure proximity to the business, agility and quality in delivery services that combine business skills and IT skills. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and challenging business needs, writing requirements and user stories, and participating in the design of the People Repository. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT teams to ensure a good understanding of needs and their IT implementations, contribute to tests, and propose optimizations and efficiency gains.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and challenge business needs with animation of workshops in collaboration with the Product Owner
- Write requirements and user stories
- Participate in the design of the People Repository (screen models, user paths, data mappings, etc.)
- Contribute to the definition of the functional solution of the platform
- Collaborate with IT teams (developers, service center, test center) and the project manager to ensure a good understanding of the needs and their IT implementations
- Contribute to tests (strategy, test cases, test campaigns, analysis of anomalies, etc.)
- Contribute to the drafting of operating procedures and user guides
- Actively participate in all agile rituals (sprint planning, grooming, sprint review, daily meeting)
- Propose optimizations and efficiency gains
Requirements
- Good knowledge of data business is mandatory
- First-hand experience as a Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including clarity, synthesis, and pedagogy
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements
- Fluency in English (B2) and French (C1)
- Analytical and organizational skills are essential
- Proactivity, pragmatism, curiosity, and autonomy
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
