We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a specialization in Digital Engagement Practices to strengthen our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital transformation and the ability to influence business decisions. Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes and system requirements
- Design and implement solutions that enhance digital engagement and customer experience
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather critical business insights and requirements
- Develop detailed business cases to justify project investment and anticipated returns
- Create functional specifications for new systems and processes
- Conduct impact analyses to assess potential changes on business operations
- Oversee user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Advise on best practices in digital engagement and business analysis
- Continuously monitor industry trends to keep strategies and solutions current
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to their professional development
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Senior Business Analyst role, focusing on digital strategy and implementation
- Proficiency in SAP-CRM with an emphasis on E-Commerce applications
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Familiarity with the Business Analysis aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong capability in risk identification and management within business analysis contexts
- Skilled in the management and organization of business analysis information
- Expertise in defining business needs and translating them into actionable requirements
- Proficient in managing the traceability of requirements throughout project lifecycles
- Ability to decompose complex project scopes into manageable components
- High level of English proficiency, suitable for effective business communication
