We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our remote team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring the timely approval and prioritization of requirements. You will also be responsible for documenting and maintaining Business Analysis artifacts, such as requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.
Your role will require active participation in the backlog grooming process, managing requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, and supporting the QA process to ensure delivery according to set requirements. You will have an opportunity to work on challenging projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Document and maintain Business Analysis artifacts, such as requirements documents, process flows, and user stories
- Ensure timely approval and prioritization of requirements
- Participate actively in the backlog grooming process
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the QA process to ensure delivery according to set requirements
- Conduct requirements and scope clarification with stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to document and maintain Business Analysis artifacts such as requirements documents, process flows, and user stories
- Awareness of requirements approval and prioritization
- Experience in managing requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Experience in testing delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)
