We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our remote team.
You will be responsible for leading and executing various business analysis activities, including quality control, quality management, digital engagement, and pre-sales conducting. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, define business needs, and manage requirements and changes while ensuring quality and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute various business analysis activities, including quality control, quality management, digital engagement, and pre-sales conducting
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships while ensuring quality and risk management
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, define business needs, and manage requirements and changes
- Provide valuable insights into industry-specific requirements and contribute to the overall success of the business analysis process
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong experience in business analysis, quality control, and quality management
- Experience with Insurance domain is a must
- Expertise in business analysis information management, scope decomposition, and requirements traceability management
- Knowledge in digital engagement and pre-sales conducting
- Ability to identify business opportunities, define business needs, and manage requirements and changes
- Experience in business analysis artifacts documentation, stakeholder management, and risk management
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, SAP-CRM, Salesforce etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
