We're in search of a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our distributed team remotely.

As a vital member, your role entails dissecting business operations, pinpointing requirements, and devising strategies to optimize project outcomes. Your collaborative efforts with stakeholders, including the development team, project managers, and business proprietors, will ensure timely project deliveries within budget constraints while upholding superior standards. Your foremost duty will revolve around accurately documenting business needs and project progress for all stakeholders' awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Engage stakeholders to grasp business exigencies and unearth enhancement avenues
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders and the development team to gather requisites and foster coherence
  • Craft and uphold comprehensive project documentation encompassing requisites, user narratives, use scenarios, and procedural delineations
  • Work hand in hand with project managers and development squads to align requisites with project blueprints and schedules
  • Furnish stakeholders with periodic progress updates and risk evaluations
  • Mediate the resolution of predicaments and disputes that crop up during project life cycles
  • Conduct post-project appraisals to discern enhancement prospects
  • Iteratively enhance BA procedures and methodologies to yield top-tier deliverables
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analytics
  • Proficiency in Stakeholder Management and Relationship Cultivation
  • Capacity to strategize and prioritize BA pursuits adeptly
  • Expertise in Requirements and Change Oversight
  • Background in Product Lifecycle Management
  • Robust communication prowess and adeptness in expectation handling
  • Proficiency in English verbal and written communication (B2 level)
