We are looking for a remote Senior Business Analyst with experience in Stakeholder Management, Documentation of Business Analysis Artifacts and Requirements Approval. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are aligned with business goals, requirements are clearly defined, and stakeholders are informed of progress. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing requirements traceability, ensuring that all changes are tracked and communicated to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure that projects are aligned with business goals and requirements are clearly defined
- Manage requirements traceability, ensuring that all changes are tracked and communicated to stakeholders
- Create and maintain Business Analysis artifacts, such as use cases, process flows, and user stories
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business needs and constraints
- Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues as needed
- Ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder expectations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in Stakeholder Management, including facilitating meetings, managing expectations, and building relationships
- Experience in creating and maintaining Business Analysis artifacts, such as use cases, process flows, and user stories
- Awareness of requirements approval and prioritization processes, including the ability to work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business needs and constraints
- Proficiency in managing requirements traceability, including tracking changes and communicating them to stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level)
