We are searching for a remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This position requires working closely with customers to gather, elicit, and analyze requirements. You will be responsible for supporting projects throughout all life cycle stages, preparing mapping specifications, and estimating user stories and tasks. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be leading a team of analysts, coordinating their work, and managing requirements in JIRA and Confluence. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Prepare mapping specifications and communicate them effectively to the team
- Estimate user stories and tasks to optimize project delivery timelines and resources
- Manage requirements in JIRA and Confluence, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Coordinate the work of the analysts team, providing guidance and support
- Ensure quality by conducting thorough testing and validation of requirements
- Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices for optimized business analysis
- Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for new team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on requirements elicitation and analysis
- Expertise in SQL and ability to write basic SQL queries
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies for optimized project delivery
- Familiarity with user story creation, estimation, and management
- Ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective business communication with stakeholders
- Experience working with distributed teams and openness to occasional business trips
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher for clear and effective communication with team and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Waterfall methodologies for optimized project delivery
- Certification in Business Analysis or related field
