Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements and processes. You will also be responsible for collaborating with various teams to ensure project success. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and processes
- Elicit requirements and translate them into clear and concise specifications
- Analyze requirements to identify gaps and inconsistencies, and propose solutions to address them
- Create and maintain artefacts such as Functional Design Docs, User Stories, and Workflow Diagrams
- Collaborate with UX experts, developers, and QAs to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage the product backlog, including creation, grooming, and planning
- Ensure that documentation meets customer standards and templates before release
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Monitor project progress and ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues that may arise
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Excellent knowledge of Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria for successful project delivery
- Strong experience in Document Analysis to identify, analyze, and document business requirements
- Well-versed in SDLC methodologies to ensure successful project delivery
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate complex ideas to stakeholders
- Ability to create high-quality documents such as Functional Design Docs, User Stories, and Workflow Diagrams
- Experience in Agile methodologies as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager
- Ability to effectively manage client expectations
- Highly proficient in English (B2+ level) to ensure clear and effective communication with teams and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of SharePoint
- Experience in creating and managing project budgets
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
