We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Digital Banking, you will work closely with business stakeholders and support function representatives to define and prioritize objectives, scope, and requirements for delivering new or improving existing digital channel solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize objectives, scope, and requirements for delivering new or improving existing digital channel solutions
- Identify and assess legal, regulatory, operational risk, and Data Protection requirements covering digital services
- Collaborate with UX/UI Designers and team members to design customer journeys for top digital experiences
- Continuously monitor customer needs, market trends, and regulatory changes to ensure the digital offering remains at a leading position
- Ensure the support and timely delivery of testing and software quality control
- Provide input to consumer research or usability tests to validate customer value and journey improvement opportunities
- Monitor service adoption by customers and take proactive actions to maximize it in line with the Bank's strategy and targets
- Understand and assess the vendor solutions market and build trustful relationships with vendors
- Ensure the overall operational efficiency of assigned mobile digital solutions
- Seek customer insights to improve their online experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Systems or Business; a Master's degree (MSc)
- 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant position
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite; familiarity with the use of the MIRO/Mural collaboration tool
- Experience in digital product development, especially in web services or mobile applications, both in agile and waterfall ways of working
- Understanding of the mobile technical ecosystem and business objectives
- Customer orientation and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong time-management and influencing skills across stakeholders at different levels and functions
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a results-oriented spirit
- Solid analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Team player skills and excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English
