Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior Business Analyst to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions for our SaaS platform. As a technical BA, you will have experience working with Salesforce products and be comfortable making changes and doing configurations. You will also be responsible for eliciting customer requirements, designing and negotiating solutions, and leading occasional scrum ceremonies. Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit and understand customer requirements
Design and negotiate solutions to complex problems, focusing on delivering high-quality results
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including refinement and retrospectives
Make changes and do configurations in Salesforce products as needed
Develop and maintain documentation of requirements, solutions, and processes
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met and solutions are implemented correctly
Provide support and guidance to team members, ensuring that deadlines and budget constraints are met
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including presenting findings and recommendations
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, meeting both customer and business needs

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment
Experience working with Salesforce products
Excellent customer communication skills to elicit and understand customer requirements
Strong Agile methodology experience with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Experience leading and participating in scrum ceremonies, including refinement and retrospectives
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver complex projects on time and on budget
Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and digital experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions
Mastery of English (B2+ level) to ensure clear communication with team and stakeholders
