We are hiring for a remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team and work on exciting projects in the e-commerce and content management domains. Your role will be to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for development teams. You will work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to ensure project objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis activities planning and execution, as well as knowledge of Content Management Systems and Content Platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for development teams
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to ensure project objectives are met
- Develop use cases and user stories to support the development of new features and enhancements
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas where current systems and processes can be improved
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that deliverables meet business requirements
- Provide support during the implementation phase of projects to ensure successful delivery
- Continuously monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and recommend corrective actions as needed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in e-commerce or content management domains
- Expertise in business analysis activities planning and executing, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation
- Experience with Content Management Systems and Content Platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to develop effective solutions
- Fluent in English, with an Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency
