Senior Business Analyst
Join our team as a remote Senior Business Analyst and be a part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement high-quality solutions for our clients. You will be expected to work closely with UX experts, developers, and QAs to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality documentation, including functional design docs, user stories, and workflow diagrams. You will also be responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring that our solutions meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement high-quality solutions for our clients
- Creating and managing high-quality documentation, including functional design docs, user stories, and workflow diagrams
- Managing client expectations and ensuring that our solutions meet their needs
- Working closely with UX experts, developers, and QAs to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Elaborating customer requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the development team
- Ensuring that all documentation is created and managed according to customer standards and templates
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and identifying any potential issues or risks
- Facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss project progress
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them as appropriate
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in Agile teams as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager
- Experience in creating and managing high-quality documentation, including functional design docs, user stories, and workflow diagrams
- Strong understanding of requirements management and acceptance and evaluation criteria
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and ability to apply them in a practical setting
- Experience in managing client expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
- Ability to be proactive and confident towards backlog creation, grooming, and planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, at an upper-intermediate level or higher
