Our remote team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst possessing strong expertise in System Analysis.
The Senior Business Analyst's role is critical in examining and documenting business requirements and processes that contribute to the successful delivery of top-notch solutions. Your robust stakeholder management skills will contribute significantly to facilitating effective communication and collaboration between business and technical teams. Your analytical skills will be used to pinpoint and document business needs, thereby aiding the creation of innovative solutions to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Participation in collaboration with enterprise stakeholders for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
- Assurance of the quality and precision of documented business requirements and processes
- Prioritization and management of requirements in alignment with business goals and objectives
- Facilitation of effective communication and collaboration between business and technical teams
- Performance of quality control checks on BA artifacts and deliverables
- Application of Agile methodologies for efficient and effective project delivery
- Assistance in planning and execution of user acceptance testing and solutions validation
- Provision of guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts
- Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis practice
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the role of a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated expertise in Stakeholder Management and BA Quality control
- Proficiency in using SQL and PostgreSQL for data analysis and reporting
- Strong experience in documenting BA artifacts and requirements using industry-standard tools and methodologies
- Hands-on experience in System Analysis
- Experience in Insurance domain
- Comprehensive knowledge of Elicitation Techniques and Agile methodologies
- Capability to break down project scope and requirements into manageable units
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN)
- Prior experience with CRM or ERP systems
