We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management skills to join our remote team. Our client is a leading company in their field, and this project is a key part of their digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining Business Analysis artifacts, including Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, and User Stories. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly defined, approved, and prioritized, and you will manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the success of this project.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that they are clear, complete, and accurate
- Create and maintain Business Analysis artifacts, including Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, and User Stories
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that changes to requirements are properly documented and communicated
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are approved and prioritized in a timely manner, and that any changes to requirements are properly managed
- Work with the development team to ensure that requirements are properly understood and implemented, and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Business Analysts, as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining Business Analysis artifacts, including Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, and User Stories
- Awareness of requirements approval and prioritization processes, with the ability to work with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly defined, approved, and prioritized
- Proficiency in managing requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, with the ability to ensure that changes to requirements are properly documented and communicated
- Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level)
Nice to have
- Experience with JIRA or other Agile project management tools
- Certification in Business Analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA
