We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team remotely. As our Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the business analysis process, including activities planning, stakeholder interviewing, requirements gathering, and documentation. You will be working on a project that aims to enhance the content management and e-commerce platform of a global insurance provider. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the business analysis process, from planning to documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to identify business needs and opportunities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and test cases
- Provide input into the project planning and estimation process
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance domain
- Strong knowledge of content management systems and platforms, e-commerce, and digital marketing
- Experience in leading business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder interviewing, and documentation
- Proven track record in delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Upper-intermediate level of English language proficiency
