We are seeking an experienced remote Senior Business Analyst to enhance our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in mentoring junior analysts, elevating the competency of offshore analysts, and orchestrating the efforts of analysts to manage workloads effectively while maintaining traceability of project artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of legacy software using data and insights from customer subject matter experts
- Convert complex pseudocode into understandable business rules
- Elevate the skill level of offshore systems analysts through prescreening, technical interviews, targeted onboarding, and continuous training and coaching
- Oversee the efforts of analysts to manage workloads efficiently, ensure detailed documentation, maintain traceability of project artifacts, and uphold strict security standards
- Mentor project analysts, guiding them in best practices, problem-solving, and professional development
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the software industry
- Proven expertise in utilizing Microsoft Azure for business solutions
- Skilled in developing comprehensive documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria from scratch
- Highly analytical with a keen attention to detail and persistent follow-through
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with team members and external clients
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with querying Relational Databases
- Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Background in financial or healthcare sectors
- Advanced certification in business analysis or related fields
