We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our remote team.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of business analysis activities, including planning, requirements and change management, product lifecycle management, expectation management, product ownership, and quality management. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure that the requirements are met and the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into requirements
- Plan and manage business analysis activities, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Ensure that the product meets the stakeholders' expectations and requirements
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to retirement
- Ensure that the product is delivered on time and within budget
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the requirements are met
- Ensure that the product is of high quality and meets the quality standards
- Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact the project
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Solid experience in managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in business analysis activities planning
- A strong understanding of requirements and change management
- Experience in product lifecycle management, expectation management, product ownership, and quality management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
- Experience in data analysis and modeling
