We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements delivery, stakeholder alignment, and UAT coordination for a software product team. You will translate business needs into clear technical outcomes, track progress and quality, and help ensure smooth releases.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements with clear scope and outcomes
- Define success criteria and acceptance criteria for initiatives and releases
- Translate business needs into unambiguous requirements for technical teams
- Coordinate alignment across business, product, and engineering stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather feedback, clarify needs, and manage expectations
- Maintain requirements traceability across design, development, testing, and deployment
- Track KPIs, progress, risks, dependencies, and action items and report status updates
- Support project planning and delivery monitoring using agreed tools and artifacts
- Plan and coordinate UAT, including scenarios, schedules, and facilitation
- Document UAT results and secure business sign-off prior to go-live
- Validate post-deployment outcomes against agreed requirements and acceptance criteria
- Produce user-facing documentation for new features, workflows, and process changes
- Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to analysis and delivery practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects
- Proven stakeholder management experience across business, product, and technical groups
- Strong requirements lifecycle management skills from discovery through deployment
- Strong data analysis skills to define KPIs and interpret delivery metrics
- Hands-on large language models (LLM) tools experience (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) for document analysis and requirements support
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong documentation skills for requirements, process flows, and user guides
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for facilitation, expectation setting, and status reporting
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
Nice to have
- Business analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA)
- Project or Agile certification (PMP, CSM)
- Experience with enterprise software products
- Experience with system integration or modernization projects
- Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies
