We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our remote team. As a Business Analyst, you will primarily focus on the analysis and documentation of business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders and ensure the alignment of business needs with project objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the traceability of requirements and supporting the QA process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Document and maintain Business Analysis artifacts, such as requirements documents, process flows, and user stories
- Ensure timely approval and prioritization of requirements
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the QA process to ensure delivery according to set requirements
- Actively participate in the backlog grooming process
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in creating and maintaining Business Analysis artifacts such as requirements documents, process flows, and user stories
- Awareness of requirements approval and prioritization processes
- Proficiency in managing requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level)
