We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to enhance our team's capability in managing and analyzing business requirements. Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and validate business needs
- Analyze and map business processes to create actionable insights
- Develop detailed business requirement documentation
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
- Design and review test cases to validate functionality against requirements
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within a cross-functional team
- Monitor project progress and report on any deviations from the planned objectives
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the outcomes and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Proficient in JSON for data interchange between servers and web applications
- Experienced with REST API for integrating and developing scalable applications
- Skilled in using SoapUI for testing REST and SOAP web services
- Strong understanding of database concepts, including concept modelling and logical modelling
- In-depth knowledge of database structures and data modeling techniques
- Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL, and experienced with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at a B2 level or higher
