We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our remote team.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading and supporting business analysis activities across multiple projects, ensuring that requirements are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the activities of the team of Business Analysts to ensure that requirements are effectively elicited, analyzed, and documented. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure that they are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring they are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for Business Analysis activities
- Ensure that requirements are effectively elicited, analyzed, and documented and that they meet the needs of stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business domain and industry trends to ensure that requirements are aligned with business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to the development team to ensure that requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions
- Monitor and report on the progress of Business Analysis activities, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop and implement solutions to enhance Business Analysis practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in planning and coordinating Business Analysis activities across multiple projects
- Proven experience in Stakeholder Management and Expectation Management
- Expertise in Requirements and Change management
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and Product Ownership
- Familiarity with Quality Management for Business Analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)
