Senior Business Analyst

Join our team as a remote Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce and Agile methodologies. As a Technical BA, you will be responsible for making changes, doing configurations and acting as an SF admin. You will also be responsible for eliciting customer requirements, designing and negotiating solutions, and leading occasional scrum ceremonies, such as refinement and retros.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce and Agile methodologies
  • Leading scrum ceremonies, such as refinement and retros, to ensure project goals are met
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and business requirements documents
  • Communicating project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and team members
  • Ensuring project deliverables are of high quality and meet customer needs
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations for changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing support to end-users and ensuring effective customer communications
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Solid experience in Salesforce and Agile methodologies
  • Experience in working with SaaS platforms, preferably in a digital environment
  • Ability to elicit customer requirements, design and negotiate solutions
  • Experience in leading occasional scrum ceremonies such as refinement and retros
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
