We are on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Digital Engagement Practices to enhance our team. This role is crucial for spearheading the strategic planning and analysis of our digital projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and a demonstrated ability to improve digital platforms through detailed business analysis. Your efforts will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory and achievements of our digital engagement endeavors.
Responsibilities
- Examine and decipher complex data to spot trends, create reports, and offer actionable insights
- Work alongside diverse teams to establish business requirements and define project scopes
- Craft and execute effective business strategies to achieve company objectives
- Conduct workshops and training to boost team knowledge and operational efficiency
- Manage expectations of stakeholders through effective and regular communication
- Track project milestones, ensuring projects remain on time and within budget
- Perform feasibility analysis and risk assessments to support strategic decisions
- Recommend enhancements to optimize business processes and systems
- Supervise the upkeep of business systems to guarantee ongoing functionality
- Serve as the primary contact between technical teams and business departments
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a Senior Business Analyst capacity, with a focus on digital engagement and strategic initiatives
- Proficient in SAP-CRM, particularly in E-Commerce functionalities
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce Primary Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Familiarity with the Business Analysis Software Development Life Cycle (BA SDLC)
- Proficient in BA risk management and implementing mitigation tactics
- Capable of managing and organizing business analysis information
- Effective in identifying and articulating business needs
- Adept at maintaining traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Skilled in breaking down complex project scopes into actionable components
- Highly proficient in English, capable of high-level business communications
Nice to have
- Knowledge of both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Advanced certifications in business analysis or similar disciplines
- Prior experience in the financial services sector
