We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our remote team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring the alignment of business needs with project objectives. You will be responsible for managing the traceability of requirements and supporting the QA process. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will be vital in managing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, ensuring the alignment of business needs with project objectives
- Create and manage BA artifacts documentation, including business requirements documents, functional requirements documents, and use cases
- Manage the traceability of requirements, ensuring that all requirements are traceable, testable, and linked to business objectives
- Support the QA process by providing requirements clarification, reviewing test cases, and validating test results
- Manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the project
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior Business Analysts, ensuring that they are aligned with project objectives and delivering high-quality work
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in managing stakeholders and ensuring business objectives are aligned with project objectives
- Proficiency managing traceability of requirements
- Experience in creating and managing BA artifacts documentation
- Experience in requirements approval and prioritization awareness
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams
- Proficiency with requirements traceability management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)
