Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team and lead the development of our minimal viable product. As a curious, open-minded, and collaborative technical product manager, you will partner with clients, Business Unit Product Managers, designers, and developers to produce quality software. Working closely with clients and Business Unit Product Managers, you will understand the product vision and goals and jointly work with developers and designers to prioritize, plan, and deliver software. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features and ensuring they are delivered to budget and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients and Business Unit Product Managers to understand the product vision and goals
- Collaborate with developers and designers to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that meets business requirements
- Define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Drive the development of the minimal viable product (MVP), ensuring it is delivered to budget and timelines
- Manage the requirements lifecycle, from elicitation and documentation through to validation and verification
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and ensure alignment
- Create and maintain business analysis artifacts, including use cases, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
- Work with the QA team to ensure requirements are tested and validated
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, including risks, issues, and dependencies
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong grasp of business analysis concepts and techniques
- Proven experience defining and prioritizing product features, working with clients and Business Unit Product Managers to ensure alignment with business goals
- Previous experience and success working with agile development teams, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical terms and influence decision-making across a variety of roles and levels in the organization
- Strong project management skills, with experience in Requirements Lifecycle Management
- Experience managing the development of a minimal viable product (MVP), ensuring it aligns with business goals and is delivered to budget and timelines
- Highly proficient in English (B2+ level) to ensure clear and effective communication with teams and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in the software development industry
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project management and collaboration
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of UX and UI design principles
