We are seeking an experienced remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team.
As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Business Analysis, you will be responsible for leading and executing various business analysis activities, including quality control, quality management, digital engagement, and pre-sales conducting. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, define business needs, and manage requirements and changes while ensuring quality and risk management. You will play a key role in building and managing stakeholder relationships and providing valuable insights into industry-specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute various business analysis activities, including quality control, quality management, digital engagement, and pre-sales conducting
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, define business needs, and manage requirements and changes
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships while ensuring quality and risk management
- Provide valuable insights into industry-specific requirements and contribute to the overall success of the business analysis process
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in business analysis, quality control, and quality management
- Experience with Insurance domain is a must
- Strong knowledge in digital engagement and pre-sales conducting
- Expertise in business analysis information management, scope decomposition, and requirements traceability management
- Ability to identify business opportunities, define business needs, and manage requirements and changes
- Experience in business analysis artifacts documentation, stakeholder management, and risk management
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, SAP-CRM, Salesforce, and other relevant technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- B2+ English level or higher
