We seek a seasoned Senior Business Analyst for a remote role with our team.

In this capacity, your duties encompass dissecting business procedures, spotting requirements, and formulating strategies to enhance client contentment. Your collaboration with stakeholders, encompassing the development team, project managers, and business proprietors, is crucial for ensuring projects meet deadlines, stay within budget constraints, and uphold quality standards. Your chief objective involves accurately capturing and documenting business needs while keeping all stakeholders informed about project progress and alterations.

Responsibilities
  • Engage closely with stakeholders to grasp business requisites and pinpoint enhancement avenues
  • Convene meetings with stakeholders and the development team to gather requirements and ensure congruence
  • Forge and uphold comprehensive project records encompassing requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows
  • Coordinate with project managers and development teams to ensure requirements align with project plans and timelines
  • Furnish regular progress updates to stakeholders, inclusive of progress summaries and risk evaluations
  • Mediate the resolution of issues and conflicts arising throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to discern enhancement prospects
  • Perpetually refine BA processes and methodologies to guarantee top-notch deliverables
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analytics
  • Proficiency in Stakeholder Management and Relationship Cultivation
  • Capacity to strategize and prioritize BA tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Requirements and Change Management
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management
  • Exceptional communication and expectation management prowess
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)
