We are seeking a remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your experience in Business Analysis to work with our Content Management Systems, Content Platforms, and E-commerce teams. You will use your strong planning and project management skills to ensure that project goals are met, while utilizing your strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to identify and overcome any challenges that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Effectively communicate project progress and requirements to stakeholders and team members
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any potential issues before they impact project timelines or budget
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analysis
- Experience with Content Management Systems, Content Platforms, and E-commerce
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
