We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements work for a cross-functional application development team. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders, support delivery tracking and UAT, and ensure requirements are carried through design, build, test, and release.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Define success criteria and acceptance criteria for initiatives and releases
- Map current and future workflows, processes, and system behaviors
- Translate business needs into actionable, testable requirements for technical teams
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, clarify scope, and align expectations
- Track and report delivery status, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Plan and coordinate UAT scenarios, sessions, results, and business sign-off
- Maintain requirements traceability across design, development, testing, and deployment
- Validate implemented solutions against requirements and support release readiness
- Create user-facing documentation for new functionality, behaviors, and workflows
- Support post-deployment validation and document lessons learned and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years Business Analysis experience on software development projects
- 3+ years Requirements Lifecycle Management experience across delivery phases
- Hands-on Large Language Models (LLM) experience using tools such as ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot for analysis and documentation support
- Strong stakeholder management experience across business, product, and engineering groups
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong data analysis skills to define KPIs, interpret results, and produce insights
- Excellent documentation skills for requirements, process flows, and user guides
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Clear communication skills to facilitate alignment and manage expectations
- English proficiency Upper-Intermediate (B2)
Nice to have
- Business analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
- Project management or Agile certification such as PMP or CSM
- Experience with complex enterprise software products
- Experience with system integration or modernization initiatives
- Experience in regulated environments with strict compliance requirements
