Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies including refinement and retrospectives
  • Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and configuration changes
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective customer communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular status updates and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively seek process improvements
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate
  • Provide post-project support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Proven track record of working with SaaS platforms and Salesforce products
  • Experience working with sales platforms such as Pardot is an asset
  • Strong technical background with experience in configuration and administration of Salesforce products
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Scrum ceremonies
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively elicit customer requirements and negotiate solutions
  • Proficient in English with an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
