We are looking for a remote Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analysis and expertise in Content Management Systems, Content Platforms, and E-commerce for our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and project management of business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. Your strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level) are a must.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to management and stakeholders
- Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Provide support and guidance to junior business analysts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analysis
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Experience with Content Management Systems, Content Platforms, and E-commerce
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience in the insurance domain is a great plus
