We are currently seeking an experienced remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and managing business analysis activities, using your expertise in Content Management Systems, Content Platforms, and E-commerce. You will work closely with our clients to identify requirements, develop solutions, and deliver projects that meet their needs.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills are essential, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level).
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage business analysis activities for projects
- Collaborate with clients to identify requirements and develop solutions
- Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to identify the best solutions for clients
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure that their needs are met
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analysis
- Experience with Content Management Systems, Content Platforms, and E-commerce
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent planning and project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
Nice to have
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Experience in the insurance domain is a great plus
