We are seeking a remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team with expertise in gathering, eliciting, and analyzing requirements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional system requirements. You will play a crucial role in the success of our projects, ensuring that the end product meets the client's expectations and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify and document business requirements and translate them into functional system requirements
- Prepare mapping specifications and communicate them to the development team
- Estimate User Stories and tasks and manage requirements in JIRA and Confluence
- Coordinate the work of analysts team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
- Support projects during all stages of the life cycle, including Requirements analysis, Design, Development, Testing, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing, Maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on gathering and analyzing requirements
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies for software development
- Ability to write effective User Stories and manage requirements using JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English for effective business communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams and adapt to changing priorities
- Expertise in reading and analyzing PL/SQL code and writing basic SQL queries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business problems
- Experience coordinating and managing the work of other analysts
- Mastery of English (B2+ level) for clear and effective communication with team and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience customizing Way4 Cards or other Card Management Systems
- Experience in other Business Analysis tools such as Business Process Modeling, Use Case Modeling, or Activity Diagrams
