- Translation of business needs into actionable user stories to bridge the gap between business and development teams
- Collaboration with product managers, engineers, architects, UX designers, and global counterparts
- Analysis of technical artifacts depending on the project focus area
- Reviewing and creating user stories in line with Agile methodologies
- Participation in user experience (UX) design
- Gathering of business requirements through user stories, prototyping, and other techniques
- Analysis of current business processes, identification of gaps, and proposal of improvements
- Design of future-state business processes and conducting impact & feasibility analysis
- Effective management of change requests (CRs)
- Prioritization of project scope within Agile sprints
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in requirements management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
- Prior experience as a Techno-functional BA
- Discovery phase experience
- Demonstrated record of initiative
- Experience collaborating with global and/or distributed teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Upper intermediate English proficiency for effective communication
- Prior experience in Financial Services
- Understanding of Functional Testing
- Basic knowledge of architecture, tech debts, API and SQL
- Familiarity with Technical Debt Handling & Security Remediation
