We are seeking a remote Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Content Management Systems, Content Platforms, and E-commerce to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing business analysis activities, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet the customer's needs. Your excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, combined with your exceptional communication abilities, will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
The project will involve working in the insurance domain, and prior experience in this area is a great plus. You will be responsible for planning and project management, as well as delivering high-quality solutions that meet the customer's needs. Your expertise in Content Management Systems, Content Platforms, and E-commerce will be essential to the success of this project.
- Plan and execute business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs
- Lead project planning and management activities, including risk management and stakeholder management
- Ensure that solutions meet business objectives and align with business strategy
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the Business Analysis function
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Analysis
- Expertise in Content Management Systems, Content Platforms, and E-commerce
- Experience in planning and project management
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
