We are looking for a remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, document and maintain Business Analysis artifacts, such as requirements documents, process flows, and user stories. You will ensure timely approval and prioritization of requirements and take an active part in the backlog grooming process. Your experience managing requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Document and maintain Business Analysis artifacts, such as requirements documents, process flows, and user stories
- Ensure timely approval and prioritization of requirements
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Take an active part in the backlog grooming process
- Monitor and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience managing stakeholders in a complex environment
- Experience with requirements approval and prioritization awareness
- Expertise in requirements traceability management
- Proficiency with Business Analysis artifacts documentation, such as requirements documents, process flows, and user stories
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English

- Experience with JIRA or similar tools for Agile project management
