We are looking for a remote Senior Business Analyst with experience in Content Management Systems, Content Platforms, and E-commerce to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and executing business analysis activities, translating business requirements into technical requirements, and ensuring project deliverables meet business needs. Your strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills will be essential in identifying gaps in business processes and requirements and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Translate business requirements into technical requirements and ensure project deliverables meet business needs
Identify gaps in business processes and requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
Ensure project deliverables meet business needs and are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analysis, ideally in the insurance domain
Experience with Content Management Systems, Content Platforms, and E-commerce
Strong planning and project management skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
B2+ English level proficiency

Nice to have

Familiarity with data analysis and data modelling
Experience in the insurance domain
