Our remote team is actively seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a specialization in System Analysis.
As a Senior Business Analyst, your primary role will be to employ your analytical skills in the analysis and documentation of business requirements and processes, ensuring the successful realization of high-quality solutions. Your adept stakeholder management skills will be crucial in facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between business and technical teams. Your role will involve identifying and documenting business needs, aiding in shaping the development of innovative solutions to meet the organization's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with enterprise stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Assurance of quality and accuracy in documented business requirements and processes
- Management and prioritization of requirements to align with business goals and objectives
- Facilitation of communication and collaboration between business and technical teams
- Execution of quality control checks on BA artifacts and deliverables
- Usage of Agile methodologies to facilitate efficient project delivery
- Participation in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing and validation of solutions
- Provision of mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts
- Contribution towards continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis practice
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a Business Analyst role
- Demonstrated expertise in Stakeholder Management and BA Quality Control
- Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL for data analysis and reporting
- Extensive experience in documenting BA artifacts and requirements using industry-standard tools and methodologies
- Practical experience in System Analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of Elicitation Techniques and Agile methodologies
- Experience in Insurance domain
- Capability to break down project scope and requirements into manageable units
- Superb verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks
Nice to have
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN)
- Previous exposure to CRM or ERP systems
