Join our remote team as a Senior Business Analyst. We are actively seeking a seasoned and experienced business analyst with strong technical skills to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product leadership to create innovative and impactful solutions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the design, development, and optimization of features in a dynamic Agile development environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product leadership to develop and implement effective business solutions
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and create detailed documentation of business requirements and user stories
- Design and negotiate solutions with stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes for the business
- Ensure that solutions align with the company's strategic goals and objectives
- Provide technical input and guidance to development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are technically sound
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and meet quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that solutions remain competitive and effective
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business solutions and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of new solutions
- Manage backlog and prioritize requirements based on business value and impact
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roles
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and digital technologies
- Strong technical skills with experience in configuring and making changes in Salesforce, as well as performing SF admin type roles
- Demonstrated ability to elicit customer requirements, design and negotiate solutions, and provide effective business analysis and solutions to clients
- Experience working in an Agile environment and leading occasional scrum ceremonies such as refinement and retrospectives
- Experience with Customer Communications
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, at an upper-intermediate level or higher
