We're looking for a Senior BMC Helix Specialist to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering innovative IT service management solutions that drive business value for our clients. Your expertise will help organizations optimize their IT operations, enhance service delivery and achieve operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement BMC Helix solutions for enterprise clients
- Lead integration of BMC Helix with existing IT systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for BMC Helix adoption
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to BMC Helix
- Ensure solutions align with industry standards and client objectives
- Conduct training sessions for client teams on BMC Helix functionalities
- Document solution architectures and configurations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for IT service management
- Stay updated on latest BMC Helix features and industry trends
Requirements
- Proven experience with BMC Helix platform implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes
- Experience with system integration and API management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with ITIL framework
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong documentation skills
Nice to have
- BMC Helix certification
- Experience with cloud-based ITSM solutions
- Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools
