We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer specializing in Marketing Metrics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing data from 4-5 external APIs, designing the logical data model, developing robust ETL/ELT pipelines, and delivering seven interactive Power BI dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop dashboards on Power BI
- Coordinate with data analysts for presentations with business and technology subject matter experts
- Source data from external APIs
- Design logical data models for analytics
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
- Optimize dashboard performance for end users
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in designing and developing Power BI dashboards
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake, normalized vs. denormalized)
- Experience integrating data from diverse sources (e.g., SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, REST APIs)
- Solid understanding of ETL and data transformation concepts
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end BI solutions in enterprise environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside data engineering and business teams
- Residence in Ukraine (remote work is only eligible for candidates based in Ukraine)
Nice to have
- Experience working with Azure Data Platform components such as Databricks, Synapse, and Azure SQL
