In this position, you will guide the planning and carrying out of elicitation activities while working closely with business and IT stakeholders. You will take ownership of producing high-quality deliverables, guaranteeing clarity, accuracy, and dependability across all documentation and analysis.
- Contribute to the design, development, and upkeep of dashboards, interactive charts, and reports while adhering to visualization best practices
- Work alongside the development team on complete data migration and modernization projects, covering ETL processes, data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders to identify and rank business needs
- Convert requirements into actionable insights, encouraging smooth cooperation with the delivery team across the entire project lifecycle
- Carry out data discovery, data assessment, and data profiling through SQL queries
- Develop source-to-target mappings, data models, data flows, and associated requirements documentation
- Structure and manage backlogs containing epics, features, and stories
- Engage in and lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Reviews, Daily Stand-Ups, Planning, Refinements, Retrospectives)
- Run User Acceptance Testing alongside customer stakeholders
- Create high-quality post-development and post-production materials
- Oversee and safeguard the quality and dependability of deliverables, operating both independently and together with the development team and customer stakeholders
- More than 5 years of experience in data-related projects (such as data migration, data transformation, data governance, BI, AI, etc.)
- Over 3 years of expertise managing BI, DWH, Data, and Analytical project requirements (collecting, documenting, presenting, estimating, prioritizing, etc.)
- Skilled in complete data and analytics project delivery utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated experience handling large datasets and conducting data profiling with SQL queries
- Solid grasp of DWH fundamentals, Data Modeling, and Data Quality
- Competence in creating source-to-target mappings for data ingestion, curation, and related processes
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for data transformation, modeling, and visualization
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in the customer's communication language
- Capacity to generate high-quality documentation and reports
- Driven, capable of operating with little oversight, and able to lead client interactions
- English level - B2+/C1
- Experience handling data on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Capability to build prototypes and mock-ups
- Knowledge of the Data Governance framework
- Experience partnering with data scientists and specifying requirements for AI-focused features
- Awareness of AI tools for BI analysis, information elicitation, documentation, agile workflows, and data analysis
- Sector knowledge in oil and gas, finance, insurance, supply chain, or marketing
- Capacity to serve as a Data Product Owner on analytical projects
