We are seeking a Senior BI Business Analyst to join our remote team, working with a global leader in technology consultancy. As a BI Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data policies, conducting tests, and monitoring analytics to ensure consistent and reliable intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and communicate business requirements, review and validate collected data, and develop procedures for data analysis. Responsibilities

Develop and implement data policies and procedures for data collection and analysis
Conduct tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined goals and business requirements
Review and validate customer data as it is collected, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data models
Monitor analytics and metrics results, providing insights and recommendations for data-driven decision-making
Create new data sets in collaboration with ECO team for Data Hub creation process
Conduct data profiling to identify trends and patterns, supporting data-driven decision-making

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on BI analysis and data modeling
In-depth knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, and Apache Kafka, enabling you to develop and analyze data sets
Experience working with Git, showcasing your proficiency in version control and collaboration
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication
Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset, critical for ensuring data consistency and reliability

Nice to have

Experience with machine learning or statistical analysis, showcasing your broader perspective on data analysis and modeling
