We're currently searching for a Senior Benefits Manager to join forces with our organization. Responsibilities
  • Direct the management of medical, dental, vision, and life insurance programs to guarantee employees receive solid protection
  • Nurture and grow relationships with brokers, insurance providers, and other third-party vendors, steering negotiations toward beneficial outcomes
  • Guide the renewal cycle for benefits agreements and negotiate terms with vendors to strike the right balance between expense control and coverage value
  • Inspect and validate invoices from service providers to ensure they're correct and consistent with contract terms
  • Ensure benefits records remain systematically organized and offer support whenever audits, whether internal or external, take place
  • Function as the primary contact point for staff needing clarification on their benefits coverage and eligibility standing
  • Identify opportunities for local partnerships and discount initiatives that enrich the overall benefits experience
  • Foster productive relationships with both internal colleagues and outside partners to keep programs operating smoothly
  • Play a role in rolling out and explaining new benefits offerings and vendor partnerships to keep the workforce informed
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct, applied experience in People Operations, HR, or Benefits Administration
  • Strong working knowledge of benefits program mechanics, including insurance frameworks, eligibility guidelines, and compliance mandates
  • Clear understanding of designing and launching wellness programs that encourage employee health and participation
  • Track record of successfully negotiating with insurers, brokers, and vendors to achieve favorable rates and conditions
  • Strong analytical mindset applied to reviewing, checking, and reconciling invoices and other benefits-related records
  • High level of organization and precision when it comes to record-keeping and supporting audit-related tasks
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Advanced English language proficiency, at a B2 level or higher
