Our organization is in search of a Senior Benefits Manager ready to contribute their skills to our team. Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of medical, dental, vision, and life insurance program management to ensure staff members are well protected
  • Build and expand relationships with brokers, insurers, and other outside vendors, guiding negotiations to reach favorable results
  • Oversee the cycle of renewing benefits contracts and negotiate vendor terms to find the right mix of cost management and coverage quality
  • Verify and cross-reference invoices from providers to confirm accuracy and alignment with agreed-upon contract terms
  • Keep all benefits documentation properly organized and provide backing whenever internal or external audits arise
  • Serve as the main point of reference for employees seeking answers about their coverage and eligibility status
  • Spot chances to form local partnerships and discount programs that enhance the value of the benefits package
  • Develop strong working ties with both internal teams and outside partners to keep programs running seamlessly
  • Contribute to introducing and clarifying new benefits programs and vendor relationships to keep employees in the loop
Requirements
  • No less than 3 years of hands-on, practical experience in People Operations, HR, or Benefits Administration
  • Solid technical understanding of how benefits programs function, including insurance structures, eligibility rules, and compliance standards
  • Strong grasp of how to build and introduce wellness programs that foster employee health and engagement
  • Proven history of negotiating successfully with insurers, brokers, and vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms
  • Sharp analytical skills applied toward reviewing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and other benefits documentation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline when managing records and supporting audit processes
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills for engaging with stakeholders at every level of the organization
  • High level of English fluency, at B2 or above
