We are looking for a Senior Benefits Manager to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee wellbeing while working closely with various internal and external partners. You will play a key part in shaping the overall employee experience through thoughtfully managed programs and services. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration of medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits to ensure employees receive comprehensive coverage
  • Manage ongoing relationships and lead negotiations with brokers, insurers, and other vendors to secure favorable terms
  • Lead the renewal process for benefits policies and negotiate vendor contracts to optimize costs and coverage quality
  • Review and audit provider invoices to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with agreed terms
  • Maintain organized benefits documentation and provide support during internal and external audits
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on coverage options and eligibility questions
  • Identify and develop local partnerships along with employee discount programs to enhance overall benefits offerings
  • Build and manage relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery
  • Support the rollout and communication of new benefits programs and vendor agreements to ensure employee awareness and understanding
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a People Operations, HR, or Benefits Administration role
  • Strong technical knowledge of benefits administration processes, including insurance plans, eligibility rules, and compliance requirements
  • Solid understanding of wellness program design and implementation to support employee health and engagement
  • Proven experience negotiating with vendors, brokers, and insurance providers to secure competitive terms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, audit, and reconcile invoices and benefits-related documentation
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail when maintaining records and supporting audit processes
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively manage stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent English language skills (B2 level or higher)
