Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits to ensure employees receive comprehensive coverage
- Manage ongoing relationships and lead negotiations with brokers, insurers, and other vendors to secure favorable terms
- Lead the renewal process for benefits policies and negotiate vendor contracts to optimize costs and coverage quality
- Review and audit provider invoices to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with agreed terms
- Maintain organized benefits documentation and provide support during internal and external audits
- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on coverage options and eligibility questions
- Identify and develop local partnerships along with employee discount programs to enhance overall benefits offerings
- Build and manage relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery
- Support the rollout and communication of new benefits programs and vendor agreements to ensure employee awareness and understanding
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a People Operations, HR, or Benefits Administration role
- Strong technical knowledge of benefits administration processes, including insurance plans, eligibility rules, and compliance requirements
- Solid understanding of wellness program design and implementation to support employee health and engagement
- Proven experience negotiating with vendors, brokers, and insurance providers to secure competitive terms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, audit, and reconcile invoices and benefits-related documentation
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail when maintaining records and supporting audit processes
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively manage stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Excellent English language skills (B2 level or higher)
