- Design, code, build, and maintain the major components and services responsible for the whole product offering as part of the AI Receptionist team
- Collaborate with the team to architect and design robust, resilient, and maintainable solutions in an Agile environment
- Build flexible APIs that adhere to internal API Guidelines with microservices that can be exposed for public consumption
- Develop new features involving AI
- Implement new features using Python (70%) and GoLang (30%) on the backend
- Ensure the quality of the software delivered
- Deploy and operate services in production
- Guarantee scalability and availability of the team's services
- Work closely with product owners and user experience designers to deliver features while meeting team deadlines
- Assist with firefighting, including identifying the root cause and performing rollbacks or immediate bug fixes and deployments to production
- 3+ years of experience in back-end development
- Proficiency in Python and Go
- Expertise in APIs and integration
- Background in Microservice Architecture Style
- Skills in Java and Spring Boot
- Familiarity with Kafka and PostgreSQL
- Passion for well-crafted software
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
- Familiarity with React
- Knowledge of CI/CD
